The MLB playoffs continue on Sunday, Oct. 6, with two National League Division Series games. I have come through with an MLB NRFI pick based on my model for Padres vs Dodgers Game 2, which features Yu Darvish and Jack Flaherty as listed probable starters.

Find my no runs first inning pick for Padres vs Dodgers below.

Starting Pitchers: RHP Yu Darvish (SD) vs RHP Jack Flaherty (LAD)

Neither Darvish nor Flaherty have especially strong early game splits — but that's as much a function of their strong overall numbers as anything else.

Both starters have overall ERAs in the low threes that dip slightly their first time through the order. Flaherty might be better than those numbers, too, with his xFIP at 3.00.

It's a tough matchup for the starters against two of the top three offenses against righties, but with just a 7.5-run total for Game 2, getting one clean inning is fairly likely.

At least likely enough to take the -115. I wouldn't go much further, with a hard line at -120.
