We've reached the final Sunday of the Major League Baseball regular season, and the 2024 MLB playoff picture is beginning to take shape.
Ten teams have clinched playoff spots and all six divisions have a champion – the Milwaukee Brewers (NL Central), Cleveland Guardians (AL Central), Philadelphia Phillies (NL East), Houston Astros (AL West), Los Angeles Dodgers (NL West) and New York Yankees (AL East).
The National League wild-card race remains tight as the Arizona Diamondbacks, New York Mets and Atlanta Braves are fighting for the final two spots. In the American League, all three slots have been claimed by the Baltimore Orioles, Detroit Tigers and Kansas City Royals — all that's left to be determined is the seeding for fifth and sixth with Baltimore locked into fourth.
