Game 6 of the ALCS gets underway Sunday evening as the Texas Rangers take on the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park.
Let's dive into my top MLB PrizePicks plays for Rangers-Astros tonight.
A quick refresher if you aren’t familiar with PrizePicks: You can combine up to five different player squares to pay out up to 10x your entry.
You can do a Flex Play or a Power Play. A Flex Play provides lesser odds, but you can win money even if you don’t nail every pick. A Power Play is all-or-nothing.
Here’s how I would approach a PrizePicks stack that focuses on Rangers vs. Astros Game 6.
What is PrizePicks? A daily fantasy operator — meaning they’re available in more states (30) than sports betting is! — PrizePicks offers a unique opportunity for action on player picks in which you combine two or more entries together.

Yordan Alvarez Fantasy Score More Than 7.5
Not that right-hander Nathan Eovaldi is a bad pitcher, nor did he particularly struggle in Game 2 of the ALCS, but the long ball was a problem as he surrendered two home runs en route to giving up three earned runs on five hits in six innings.
One of those home runs came off the bat of Yordan Alvarez, who enters this contest in good form. He has surpassed this figure in three of the past four games, averaging 16 fantasy points and posting a .500 BA, .875 SLG and 1.401 OPS with two homers over that stretch.
Alvarez could find success against Eovaldi once again, a pitcher whom he boasts a .692 BA, 1.385 SLG and .789 wOBA against in 17 career plate appearances. Alvarez's splits jump by roughly 17% this season when facing right-handed pitching.
Jose Altuve Fantasy Score More Than 7.5
Jose Altuve is starting to heat up at the best time possible, which is not all that shocking from one of the best postseason hitters in MLB history. He has surpassed this number in each of the past three games, averaging 22.7 fantasy points and boasting a .429 BA, 1.000 SLG and 1.467 OPS with two home runs over that span.
Like Alvarez, Altuve possesses a terrific track record against Eovaldi. Through 44 career plate appearances against the right-hander, he owns a .268 BA, .683 SLG and .413 wOBA.
Also like Alvarez, Altuve's performance improves this season when facing right-handed pitching as his splits jump by approximately 11%.
Marcus Semien Fantasy Score More Than 7
We're also going to back a Texas hitter against left-hander Framber Valdez.
Valdez has had a tough go this postseason, going 0-2 with an 11.57 ERA and 2.57 WHIP. This regression stemmed from an over-performing regular season as the left-hander owned a 4.33 xERA and .251 xBA compared to his 3.45 ERA.
Based on this matchup, now could be a great time to buy low on Marcus Semien after he has failed to surpass this figure in four of his past five outings. Through 37 career plate appearances against Valdez, Semien boasts a .333 BA, .545 SLG and .409 wOBA with two homers.
It also helps that Semien is slated to hit in the leadoff spot for the road team, so we may be able to sneak in an extra at-bat at the end of the game to help this entry turn green.
