The Texas Rangers host the Detroit Tigers for a four-game series starting on Monday.

The Rangers have been on a tear this season as they are in the midst of a franchise revival with the fourth-most wins in baseball.

Nathaniel Lowe has been one of the most underrated players this season for the Rangers. He is batting .273 with an OPS of .793, and he has a hit in nine of his last 11 games.

Our algorithm has identified an edge on a Lowe player prop at BetMGM for Saturday, and it is expecting Lowe to be all over the Tigers' pitching.

Our models consider quantitative and qualitative factors for every angle of this game — including rest, matchups, stylistic differences, lingering injuries, history and more — to come up with a fair-value line for every MLB player prop on the market.

Nathaniel Lowe Player Prop Prediction, Projection

Lowe has been one of the more consistent players for the Rangers this season, especially of late as he has recorded a hit in five of his last six games.

But he has struggled to turn those hits into RBIs, with just one in his last nine games. The model expects that to change tonight.

The model indicates Lowe's RBI total is too low. BetMGM has set his RBI total on Monday at 0.5, with +195 to the over and -275 to the under. That is the best price on the over in the market.

Lowe has seen Tigers' pitcher Matthew Boyd one time in his career, going 1-for-4 in that matchup. He has struggled a little more against left handing pitching, batting .246 against lefties as opposed to .286 against righties.

But he is back at his home park where his OPS is over 100 points higher.

The algorithm expects Lowe to thrive in this environment.

The model predicts Lowe will have 0.7 RBI against the Tigers. That's good enough for over a 15% betting edge on the over.

Do keep in mind that these algorithms work best when you wager with the same unit size for each individual bet.

Pick:  Nathaniel Lowe Over 0.5 RBI (+195)
