Saturday's MLB slate features 16 games, which means there's plenty of player props to take advantage of across the board.
Player props have become among the most popular bets in the industry, but while the amount of states with legalized gambling is growing, some may feel left out.
Enter PrizePicks.
With PrizePicks, you get the opportunity to essentially parlay game prop over/unders with cash payouts depending on how many you get correct on that day’s slate.
Therefore, let’s take a look at some of the options on Saturday's Major League Baseball slate and see where we can find some value to turn a profit.
A quick refresher if you aren’t familiar with PrizePicks: you can combine up to five different O/U player props to payout up to 10x your wager.
You can do a Flex Play or a Power Play. A Flex Play gives you lesser odds, but you can win money even if you don’t nail every pick. Meanwhile, a Power Play is similar to a parlay — it’s all or nothing.
Here’s how I would approach today’s MLB slate.
What is PrizePicks? A daily fantasy operator — meaning they’re available in more states (30) than sports betting is! — PrizePicks offers a unique opportunity for action on player props in which you parlay two or more plays together.

Julio Urias Pitcher Fantasy Score Over 36.5
We have the second and final game of this interleague series, as the AL West's Los Angeles Angels host the NL West's Los Angeles Dodgers.
Clayton Kershaw almost threw a perfect game against the Angels last night, and I think fellow left-hander Julio Urias will also have a strong outing in this matchup.
Through 17 starts this season, Urias is 7-6 with a 3.01 ERA and 1.05 WHIP. Urias' metrics are just as strong this season, as he boasts a .291 xwOBA, .223 xBA and .399 xSLG.
Since June 1, the Angels rank last in the league in BA, SLG, OPS and wOBA when facing left-handed pitchers. Through 34 career plate appearances against Urias, this current Angels roster possesses a mere .161 BA, .290 SLG and .234 wOBA.
Will Smith Over 1.5 Hits + Walks
I'm also backing a few Dodgers hitters in this contest, as L.A. is slated to go against left-hander Jose Suarez. Through 10 pitching appearances this season, Suarez is 1-3 with a 4.79 ERA and 1.52 WHIP.
While Suarez's metrics are a tad better, they're still poor, as he possesses a .346 xwOBA, .259 xBA and .468 xSLG. The first Dodgers hitter we're backing is Will Smith.
Smith has been in great form recently, as he's gone over this total in six of his last seven games (86%).
When facing left-handers this season, Smith's numbers jump by about 25%, as he boasts a .339 BA, .446 OBP, .565 SLG and 1.010 OPS.
Mookie Betts Over 1.5 Total Bases
The other Dodgers hitter we're backing in this contest is star outfielder Mookie Betts.
Through three career plate appearances against Suarez, Betts is 2-for-3 with a home run and a single.
Like Smith, Betts enters this game in good form, as he's gone over this total in two of his last three games.
When facing left-handers this season, Betts' numbers jump by about 10%.
Christian Yelich Hitter Fantasy Score Over 7.5
We have the third matchup of this four-game series, as the NL West's San Francisco Giants host the NL Central's Milwaukee Brewers. I'm backing a few Brewers hitters in this contest, as they're slated to go against right-hander Alex Cobb.
Through 13 starts this season, Cobb is 3-4 with a 4.57 ERA and 1.38 WHIP.
The first Brewers hitter we're backing is Christian Yelich, mostly due to how well he's been swinging the bat recently.
Yelich has now recorded at least one hit in 16 of his last 20 games. Over that stretch, Yelich boasts a .313 BA while collecting 17 runs and eight RBIs.
Willy Adames Over 0.5 Runs + RBIs
The other Brewers hitter we're backing in this contest is Willy Adames. Through nine career plate appearances against Cobb, Adames boasts a .320 xBA, .360 xSLG and .390 xwOBA.
Like Yelich, Adames has been in good form recently, as he's gone over this total in five of his last seven games (71%). If Yelich is to get over his fantasy total, Adames will probably have to hit him in, which he's done frequently over the past few months.
