The Rising Stars game, held on Friday night, has changed many times since its inception in 1994. In 2015, the NBA adapted the format of Team USA vs. Team World, and players in their first two years are eligible.

Former winners of the MVP award are superstars you'll recognize, including Kyrie Irving, John Wall, Kevin Durant, Andre Iguodala, Carmelo Anthony and Allen Iverson. But often this award can surprise, as we've seen winners like Kyle Kuzma, Bogdan Bogdanovic, Kenneth Faried, DeJuan Blair and Daniel Gibson.

There are no shortage of potential superstars in this year's iteration, including Trae Young, Zion Williamson, Luka Dončić and Ja Morant. Young and Zion currently lead the field with +350 odds to take home MVP.
