The Philadelphia 76ers (20-37) and New York Knicks (37-20) will meet in the NBA tonight. Tipoff is set for 7:00 p.m. ET at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The game will broadcast live on ESPN.

The Knicks are 10-point favorites over the 76ers on the spread (Knicks -10), with the over/under set at 231 total points. New York is a -455 favorite to win outright, while Philadelphia is +350 to pull off the upset.

Let's get into my 76ers vs. Knicks predictions and NBA picks for Wednesday, February 26.

76ers vs. Knicks Picks, Prediction

Spread

My 76ers vs. Knicks best bet is on New York to cover the spread at -10, although that line could drop if KAT misses the game. The best line is currently available at DraftKings, but as always, make sure to shop for the best odds using our live NBA odds page.

Over/Under

I'm staying away from the total in this game.

My Pick: Knicks -10

76ers vs. Knicks Preview

The Knicks face off against the 76ers as they look to get back on track after a tough weekend against the Cavaliers and the Celtics. With both teams dealing with injuries, who can pull off the victory?

The Sixers will be without a number of players tonight. Eric Gordon (wrist) is done for the season while Kyle Lowry (hip), Guerschon Yabusele (eye), and Joel Embiid (knee) are all out as well. Former Knick Quentin Grimes is probable with a knee injury.

The biggest miss is obviously Embiid, who is now seeking other opinions and options with his knee. With a top-six protected pick, it makes sense for Philly to lose frequently in hopes of retaining it in a loaded draft.

The Knicks will remain without Mitchell Robinson (ankle) but he's nearing a return. They have also listed OG Anunoby (foot – Probable) and Karl-Anthony Towns (knee – Questionable) on the report for this game. They probably don't need either for this game but I think it's more likely KAT sits given the late injury last time out.

If KAT is unable to go, Josh Hart should see a boost. However, this is a strong matchup for him regardless. Over the last two seasons, Hart has played 12 games against Philly. He's recorded 8 double doubles in those games. He has also exceeded 10.5 rebounds in 10/12 and recorded a triple double in both games this season. I'll be grabbing Double Double (-140), over 10.5 Rebounds (+105), and Triple Double (+900).

The Knicks are just a flat-out better team than Philly right now, despite a rough couple of games. The Knicks are eighth in Adjusted Net Rating (+3.7) compared to Philly who is in 22nd (-3.9), per Dunks and Threes. The Knicks should be able to bounce back here.

76ers vs. Knicks Prediction

I want to wait on betting this spread, but either way I want New York. Philly is the worst ATS team in the league with a 19-36-2 ATS record. I want to wait because I expect KAT might sit, which could cause the spread to drop. If that happens, I'll grab the Knicks.

For a same game parlay, I want Josh Hart 12+ Rebounds, Brunson 30+ Points, and Paul George 20+ Points.

Best Bet: Knicks -10 (-110)

Same Game Parlay Picks

  • Josh Hart 12+ Rebounds (+140)
  • Jalen Brunson 30+ Points (+180)
  • Paul George 20+ Points (+175)

Parlay Payout: +1300
