Wednesday morning, news broke that Jaylen Brown's injured right hamstring is likely to keep him out of Thursday's Game 2 matchup with the 76ers. Considering Brown declared himself ready as recently as Tuesday, his downgraded status was news to oddsmakers.

Philadelphia settled in as a 3.5-point road favorite across the betting market before Brown's status update, forcing oddsmakers to move the line up to 76ers -4 at the majority of Las Vegas and offshore sportsbooks.

Sports Insights' Sportsbook Insider line chart summarizes how this point spread has moved since opening, as well as how the number reacted to Brown's breaking injury news.
