The Chicago Bulls found themselves in the Draft lottery for the third year in a row, but instead of getting the No. 7 pick again, the Bulls moved up three spots and will have the fourth-overall pick in this year's draft. Some around the league feel like this draft isn't particularly outstanding, especially after the projected top three players — LaMelo Ball, Anthony Edwards and James Wiseman — could be off the board quickly.
Viewing the draft board through that lens, having the No. 4 pick doesn't carry as much weight as it normally would. The Bulls, however, have a chance to make a splash after hiring a new VP of basketball operations, new general manager and new head coach in the same offseason.
NBA.com has compiled various notable mock drafts and and Israeli forward Deni Avdija is the most common pick among those mocks. Will Avdija become the first-ever Israeli player drafted in the NBA lottery?
