Bulls vs. Thunder Preview

Chicago comes into the contest with a record of 33-41, which places the Bulls ninth in the East. The Bulls hold a comfortable 6.5-game play-in position. You could argue that Chicago has been in the worst position over the last few years. The Bulls have made the play-in over the last two years, but have not reached the playoffs since 2022 and have reached the postseason just once since 2018.

Head Coach Billy Donovan's squad trails the final playoff spot by seven games, and it has won seven of their last 10 games. Coby White leads the team with 20.4 points per game. Nikola Vucevic has enjoyed a strong season with 18.6 points per game and 10.0 rebounds. Josh Giddey has averaged 14.2 points and a team-leading 6.9 assists.

Oklahoma City begins the matchup with a record of 62-12, the best in the NBA. OKC has enjoyed a historic season. If they can win out, they have an opportunity to win 70 games for the first time in team history. They are on a nine-game winning streak.

The Thunder have been the best home team in basketball this season (32-5) and has the shortest betting odds (+150) to win the NBA Finals. The Thunder franchise has never won an NBA Championship. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander leads the team with 32.9 points per game and 6.3 assists. Jalen Williams has enjoyed a strong season with 21.2 points per game and 5.3 assists. Chet Holmgren has averaged 14.8 points and 8.4 rebounds.

Bulls vs. Thunder Betting Predictions

Chicago Bulls +15.5

Over the past two weeks, the Bulls have played some of their best basketball of the season. Chicago has been solid ATS as an underdog this season (30-25-1). Tonight, we will see a high-scoring back-and-forth contest that favors the 'dog.

Josh Giddey Over 0.5 Steals

Giddey will face his former team tonight. The Australian is one of the best defensive guards in the NBA and is in a strong position to exceed this number tonight. Our Action Pro Report projects 1.6 steals from Giddey tonight.

Coby White 24+ Points

White has become the top-scoring option for the Bulls this season (24.1 PPG). The former North Carolina standout has averaged a career-best 29.1 points per game in March and has logged a season-high 36.4 minutes per game. White should be able to stay hot and cash this prop tonight.

Same Game Parlay Picks

  • Chicago Bulls +15.5
  • Josh Giddey Over 0.5 Steals
  • Coby White 24+ Points

Parlay Payout: +280
