The Boston Celtics (15-3) and Chicago Bulls (8-12) will meet in the NBA tonight. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. ET from the United Center in Chicago. The game will be broadcast live on NBA League Pass.

The Celtics are 11-point favorites over the Bulls on the spread (Celtics -11), with the over/under set at 243 total points. Boston is a -625 favorite to win outright, while Chicago is +455 to pull off the upset.

Let's get into my Celtics vs Bulls predictions and NBA picks for Friday, November 29.

Celtics vs. Bulls Picks, Prediction

Spread

The spread for this game opened up at -9.5 and has been bet up to Celtics -10.5. I think it is quite obvious the Celtics are both taking action and it is a big number, because the scoring is expected to be very high in this game, and the game differential is also more likely to be a bigger gap. I like the Celtics against the spread, it's not only their ability to shoot 3s, but they can attack on the or inside the paint and get to the basket as well, a place where Chicago struggles defensively.

Moneyline

The moneyline is out to -500 on the Celtics side, showing an implied 83% chance the Celtics win on the road. Because the total is so high, and because the pace is so fast, I prefer to just play the spread and the big number does not scare me. If you want the Bulls side, it's worth it to take the points and sprinkle the ML at +385 and just hope for 3pt variance at home (although that is not how I see it playing out).

Over/Under

The over under has been set at 243 as of this writing and I really like the over here. The Bulls are #1 in the NBA in pace, and the Celtics have so much offensive firepower. With Kristaps Porzingis back in the lineup, the Celtics offense is borderline unstoppable. I expect high efficiency and high pace, leading to an over. The Bulls also have guards who can play so fast and score, and Vucevic who has been fantastic offensively this season.

My Pick: Over 243

Celtics vs. Bulls Preview

This game is primed for an over-spot. The line opened at 238.5 and has taken consistent action towards the over. These teams will likely shoot so many 3s, play with such pace and get up about 4+ shots per minute, as well as being able to get to the line and stop the clock to score easy buckets. Both teams have incredible offensive firepower, and while the Celtics do have a stout defense, they seem to get a bit lax when playing in such a high-scoring contest. I expect the Celtics to lean into their offensive efficiency and win a high-scoring contest with some breathing room.

Celtics vs. Bulls Prediction

My best bet on this game is the Over 243. Because of the pace, shot selection, and injury reports of both teams – this game should be incredibly high pace and high efficiency. The market has agreed, opening at 238.5 and seeing consistent over action. If you like to bet parlays, consider a quarter of a unit on the Celtics -10.5 and the Over, they are correlated angles so the payout is not great on correlated SGPs. Think about taking on an under-on like Jayson Tatum at 3PM for an inversely correlated odds boost. I see Tatum having the ability to get to the line a ton in this game, and he may take the ball to the hoop a lot.

Best Bet: Over 243
Same Game Parlay: Celtics -11, Over 243 (+267)
