Dan Hurley wants to win three in a row.
Hurley is staying with the UConn Huskies, despite interest from the Los Angeles Lakers.

Hurley has won back-to-back national championships at UConn and the Lakers were trying to get him to make the jump to the NBA.
Hurley's camp didn't deny interest in going to the Lakers. It was reported that he informed his UConn team that the reports were true that he'd been having discussions with the Lakers.
After about a week of deliberations, Hurley decided it was best to chase a third-straight national championship at the University of Connecticut.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Hurley declined a six-year $70 million deal to become the Lakers' head coach. That would have put him in the top six highest-paid NBA head coaches.
Hurley's Huskies are the co-favorite to win the national title next season at +1000 odds at DraftKings.
The Lakers have also been connected with J.J. Reddick, who currently works as an NBA analyst at ESPN.
