Point guard Darius Garland and center Evan Mobley are both expected to miss multiple weeks with various injuries.
Mobley is set to undergo arthroscopic knee surgery to have a loose body removed from the knee, according to ESPN.
The 2021-22 Rookie of the Year runner-up is averaging 16 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game. Mobley is set to miss six-to-eight weeks.
Garland fractured his jaw after colliding with Boston Celtics center Kristaps Porzingis on Thursday. He will also undergo surgery and is expected to miss four weeks.
Garland is averaging 20.7 points and 5.9 assists per game this season.
The Cavaliers have already had their struggles this season. The Cavaliers were expected to be one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference, but are just 13-12 so far.
