The Atlanta Hawks survived Wednesday's elimination game and advance to the final NBA Play-In game to face the Cleveland Cavaliers with a spot in the NBA Playoffs on the line. The Hawks rolled through the Charlotte Hornets to give themselves a shot at the No. 8 seed and matchup with Miami, but needs to do it one more time to make it back-to-back season in the playoffs.

The Cavaliers will have the home-court advantage and could have their starting center and All-Star, Jarrett Allen, back in the lineup for a must-win game. The Cavs nearly came back against the Brooklyn Nets in their matchup Tuesday, but couldn't stop the high-scoring duo of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant.

The Hawks will present another offensive challenge — they rank second in Offensive Rating (115.4) this season, led by the league's fifth-leading scorer Trae Young — making this an interesting matchup between a top-five offense and top-five defense.

Unfortunately, for the Cavaliers, the Hawks dominated the series matchup this season going 3-1 straight up and against the spread. The Hawks actually opened this matchup as underdogs, but were quickly bet down to a road favorite.
