  • Matthew Freedman continues his series featuring one of his favorite prop bets for each day of 2019.
  • On Friday, he looks at the Nuggets-Rockets game (10 p.m. ET, ESPN) and the rebounds prop for Rockets center Kenneth Faried.

Each day, I publish at least one quick-n’-dirty piece highlighting a favorite prop of mine.

Freedman’s Favorite NBA Prop Bet for Friday, Feb. 1: Kenneth Faried Over/Under 10.5 Rebounds

  • Over 10.5: +125
  • Under 10.5: -155

We're returning to the hardwood tonight with the Nuggets-Rockets game (10 p.m. ET, ESPN), which closes the five-game slate and should be a fun matchup to watch.

With Houston center Clint Capela (thumb) out for the next month or so, Kenneth Faried is getting the start, and he's caught my eye.

In his four starts with the Rockets, he has 10.8 rebounds per game on 32.6 minutes. In the FantasyLabs NBA Models, we have him projected for 36.5 minutes against the Nuggets, so he should have plenty of rebounding opportunities.

In our Props Tool, we’re projecting Faried for 12.3 rebounds. At plus odds, the over offers great value.

At 10.5, I’d bet the over to -120, maybe even -130. At +125, I’d bet it to 11.5.

The Pick: Over 10.5 (+125)
