Sacramento Kings vs Orlando Magic NBA Saturday Preview

The Sacramento Kings enter today's contest with a 36-37 record, sitting ninth in the Western Conference. Their season has been inconsistent, marked by the surprising firing of former Coach of the Year Mike Brown and the trade of De’Aaron Fox to the Spurs.

In response, Sacramento acquired veteran Zach LaVine at the deadline, but they still trail the final playoff spot by six games, losing seven of their last 10. DeMar DeRozan leads the team with 22.0 points per game, while Domantas Sabonis averages a league-leading 14.1 rebounds.

Orlando holds a 35-39 record, making this season a disappointment after last year’s success. The Magic are eighth in the East, 6.5 games behind the Bucks for the final playoff spot, likely headed for the play-in round.

Paolo Banchero leads Orlando with 25.9 points per game, while Franz Wagner has had a breakout year, averaging 24.3 points and 4.7 assists. Despite their offensive struggles, the Magic have won six of their last 10 games.

Best Bet: Magic ML (-115)

Kings vs Magic Parlay Picks

Magic Moneyline

I expect the Magic to take care of business on their home floor tonight. Orlando has been stronger at home (19-18) than on the road (16-21) and holds a solid 23-18 record as a favorite this season. Sacramento has struggled as an underdog, going 9-15 SU.

Domantas Sabonis Over 15.5 Points

Domantas Sabonis has a favorable matchup against the Magic and has returned to his usual workload after recovering from injury. Our Action Pro Report projects him to score 17.6 points tonight.
