The Bucks take on the Celtics in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Monday evening. Robert Williams will be taking on Brook Lopez in the opening tip-off.
These two have only faced each other four times over the past two seasons, and they have split winning the tip-off. For the season, Lopez has won opening-tip offs at a higher rate than Williams.
But the Celtics score first 66% of the time, which was best in the league this year. Meanwhile, the Bucks score first 50% of the time.
The teams have played seven games against each other this year with Boston scoring first in six of the games. Jaylen Brown has scored the first Celtics field goal in five of the last 10 games and cashed the first field goal bet more than any other player in the league during the season.
Milwaukee has been weak versus opposing centers, power forwards and shooting guards. I’m sticking with Brown and Al Horford for this game tonight.
I may add an exact method play closer to gametime when we see Milwaukee’s starting lineup. I expect Grayson Allen to start over Bobby Portis, but Allen played terrible in Game 3.
