Pacers vs. 76ers

Tyrese Haliburton Over 9.5 Assists (-115)
DraftKings Logo

By Alex Hinton

Tyrese Haliburton has averaged over 10 assists per game in each of the last two seasons. While his passing won't be the most memorable thing he did in his last game, Haliburton had 10 assists against the Bucks after missing the last three games. He has now recorded 10 assists in seven straight games.

Haliburton is also often in a generous mood when he plays against Philadelphia. He has handed 10 assists in six of his last eight games against the 76ers. He has had 12 or more assists in four of those games.

Philadelphia comes into this game 26th in defensive rating and 24th in assists allowed to point guards. It has lost eight of its last 10 games and blowout is a factor with Indiana being a 12-point favorite. However, if that does happen, Indiana’s offense likely had a big night with Haliburton leading the way.

Pick: Tyrese Haliburton Over 9.5 Assists (-115)

Always a bit of wonder when backing the Celtics, whose entire roster seems to make the daily injury report, yet Jayson Tatum, Jaylen brown & Co. usually manage to feature, and off of a loss to the Thunder, would expect the big Boston hitters to show up tonight.

The other end of this equation is Miami, which is no longer even a fringe contender sans Jimmy Butler, and currently skids with five straight losses. Only because the bottom of the East is so bad are the Heat in a play-in spot at the moment, but all that means is being ahead of a 23-43 Toronto (Miami is 29-36 entering tonight).

Previous meetings this season had similar score lines of 108-89 and 103-85 in favor of Boston, and expect much the same tonight.

Pick: Celtics -8 (-110)

Cavaliers vs. Grizzlies

Evan Mobley Over 3.5 Assists (-120)
DraftKings Logo

By The Propfessor

With Donovan Mitchell and Caris LeVert off the floor this season, Evan Mobley averages 5.32 assists per 36 minutes and sees the biggest bump in assist rate (+9.9%) on the Cavs. I'd project him for around 36 minutes in this matchup.

Great matchup against the Grizzlies. Since the All-Star break, the Grizz have played at the 5th-fastest pace and allow the 9th-most assists.

The is also a great spot for catch-and-shoot scorers, and Mobley picks up nearly 60% of his assists from beyond arc.

Mobley had 52 passes and 13 potential assists in the last game without Mitchell vs. the Nets, and he's racked up 50+ passes and 10+ potentials in three of his last four without Mitchell. Elite volume for this line, and definitely some opportunity for a little ladder.

Pick: Evan Mobley Over 3.5 Assists (-120)

Kings vs. Suns

Kevin Durant Over 25.5 Points (-114)

By Joe Dellera

The Suns are fighting for their playoff lives right now and have a matchup against the Kings tonight. Given the circumstances, the Suns’ top players have been playing extended minutes lately.

Kevin Durant has seen his minutes rise to nearly 40 minutes per game on a nightly basis, as he and Devin Booker are desperately needed right now. Every game matters.

Durant has absolutely fried the Kings in recent years too. He’s averaged 27.6 ppg and cleared his current 25.5 prop line in five straight games. The Kings do not have a great answer for him defensively (not that anyone in the league does).

Given the anticipated minutes and Usage, I expect KD to exceed 25.5 points.

Pick: Kevin Durant Over 25.5 Points (-114)

Magic vs. Timberwolves

Magic +10.5 (-115)

Was that a buy-signal last night on the Magic? It was probably Orlando's best game in over a month, rolling to a 30-point halftime lead and cruised past the Pelicans, with Paolo Banchero scoring 34.

Speaking of Banchero, neither he nor Franz Wagner (who has also returned to active duty) were available for Jamahl Mosley when the Magic lost a 104-89 decision to the Wolves at Kia Center back on January 9. Minnesota only shot 40% itself that night, but had no problem outscoring a depleted Magic, 104-89.

With six straight wins and coming off of a 20-point romp past Denver, Minnesota is flying high, but we're banking on this as a flat spot for the Wolves. Take the Magic.

Pick: Magic +10.5 (-115)

Raptors vs. Jazz

Utah Jazz Logo
Isaiah Collier Under 7.5 Assists (-120)

By Kyle Murray

This is a great matchup for Isaiah Collier, but I still think this number is too high since the Jazz are getting healthier, especially at the guard position.
