Amen Thompson Over 12.5 Rebounds + Assists (-135)
bet365 Logo

By Bryan Fonseca

Amen Thompson, even if Alperen Sengun plays, has a pathway to this Over. He has exceeded this clip in four of his last six outings, and against the Knicks, I like this especially if OG Anunoby is out.

Anunoby is questionable, currently listed as day-to-day with a right foot sprain. Him being down would open up the assist opportunities for Thompson.

At times, we've seen the Knicks' wings over-help on attackers when Karl-Anthony Towns is caught on an island, occasionally paving the way for ball-handlers to find an open shooter on the wing or corner.

Thompson could find lanes to get downhill on KAT if the Knicks switch or if Towns is forced to drop too deep into the lane.

And, Thompson is a constant terror on the boards, reaching double figures in 10 of his last 17 games, and averaging 10.2 during that stretch.

Pick: Amen Thompson Over 12.5 Rebounds + Assists (-135)

Hawks vs. Pistons

Hawks +4 (-110)

By Chip Chirimbes

It's a brave new world for the Pistons this season, as the NBA's worst team from last year has worked their way over the breakwater mark and have a winning record this season.

Atlanta is on an 8-game bummer, and part of the problem is the loss of one of their best players in Jalen Johnson, who is out for the remainder of the season.

Trae Young was kept off of the All-star team despite of posting some of his best career numbers for the Hawks so far this season.

Detroit has already won two of the meetings between these teams this season, and the Hawks had won the previous seven. Now, it's the Hawks' turn to take back control. Take Atlanta.

Pick: Hawks +4 (-108)

Malik Monk Over 6.5 Assists (-145)

By Joe Dellera

The Kings will try to adjust to life without De’Aaron Fox starting tonight, and one player that I expect to pick up the slack is Malik Monk.

Monk has been solid as a distributor of late, averaging 7.9 assists per game over his last 10 with 7+ in 9/10 and 6+ in 15 of 16 games.

He’s been a true facilitating option for this team. Without Fox, and before LaVine comes to town, I expect Monk to have as much Usage as he can handle today.

With Fox, Monk was averaging ~7.5 assists per 100. Without him, this jumps to over 11.

Even though this matchup against Minnesota is not ideal, I expect his role to be secure with potential for upside.

I’ll grab 7+ Assists and sprinkle on a Double-Double at +340.

Pick: Malik Monk Over 6.5 Assists (-145)

Wizards vs. Hornets

Hornets -5 (-110)

By Stephen Nover

The Hornets are a bottom-tier team. But they are upper echelon when compared to the 7-41 Wizards.

This isn't too many points for the Hornets to lay, playing at home after a tough 107-104 home loss to the Nuggets this past Saturday in which they led by four points with less than a minute left.

The Wizards halted a 16-game losing streak with a 105-103 road win against the Timberwolves this past Saturday. That put Washington's road record at 2-21.

The Wizards have won back-to-back games only once this season, and that was back in October.

The Hornets' frontcourt received a big boost with center Mark Williams returning from a foot injury. He had 20 points and 15 rebounds against the Nuggets. Good spot for Charlotte tonight.

Pick: Hornets -5 (-110)

Zion Williamson Over 33.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-135)

By Michael Fiddle

Recently, I have been riding Zion overs until the wheels fall off, and I have yet to be let down playing into his points + rebounds + assists (PRA) line.

This game against Denver fits the bill again to attack these angles.

Zion is about to see a usage bump in the wake of the Dejounte Murray Achilles injury.

The game total for this has gone from an open of 236.5 to a consensus line of now 239.5.

We are seeing a movement towards the Over, in what's already expected to be a high-paced game, and yet no adjustment from his lines without Murray.

I like Zion over PRA, I like his Over Rebounds + Assists at 11.5, I like his Assists Over, I like his Points Over; all as individual bets as well. Spread 1-unit across some Zion angles tonight.

Pick: Zion Williamson Over 33.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-135)

Spurs vs. Grizzlies

Grizzlies -4 (-115)

By Micah Roberts

The Grizzlies have been rolling, winning eight of their last night games, and they've won the last two with Ja Morant out. They've got a decisive edge at home, where they own a record of 20-5 and their 3rd-ranked defense is really able to ramp up the heat.

Memphis has won and covered the spread in the last two meetings between these teams. The Spurs have lost six of their last nine games.

The only thing that scares me a little bit is that Memphis played last night at Milwaukee and had to travel back to Memphis for this game against a rested Spurs squad.

But, I'll still back them to win and cover this short number.

Pick: Grizzlies -4 (-115)

Bucks vs. Thunder

Thunder -11.5 (-110)

By Micah Roberts

The Bucks have lost four of their last five games, and they played last night, losing by 13 points to the Grizzlies.

The Thunder have lost two of their last four, but they had the night off after beating Sacramento by 34.

A well-rested OKC team should be able to enforce their No. 1 defense that allows 43% shooting against Milwaukee at home.

Oklahoma City is 38-10 straight up and 30-15-3 against the spread. Take the Thunder to cover.

Pick: Thunder -11.5 (-110)

Pacers vs. Jazz

Pacers -7.5 (-105)
DraftKings Logo

By Bill Marzano

The Pacers are perhaps the hottest team in the NBA right now, currently riding a three-game winning streak and own the best record in NBA at 11-2 since the start of the calendar year.

Meanwhile, the struggling Jazz will attempt to three straight games for just the third time this season. Are you kidding me?

The Jazz own one of the worst scoring defenses in the NBA, allowing just under 119 per contest and face a Pacers squad that has scored at least 130 points in all three games during their three game winning streak.

The Pacers are averaging just under 117 points per contest, and the Jazz are pathetic at home, with just four wins and 17 losses.

Look for the Pacers to have a big night offensively and crush the Jazz here.

Pick: Pacers -7.5 (-105)

Magic vs. Warriors

The Magic and Warriors are at the same place at this point in the season.

Both teams are sitting at or just .500 on the season.

The Magic are just 1-4 over their last five games, allowing 114 points per game, well-above their season average.

The Warriors are 3-2 in their previous five games, but are coming off an embarrassing 130-105 on their home court against the Suns.

The Warriors are close to having the injured Draymond Green back in the lineup.

Expect the Warriors to be motivated to get a win tonight after being blown out by Phoenix in their latest effort.

Pick: Warriors Moneyline (-145)

Suns vs. Trail Blazers

Trail Blazers +5 (-112)
DraftKings Logo

By Brian Edwards

The Trail Blazers have won three games in a row by margins of 19, 29 and 13 points, including Saturday's 127-108 win over Phoenix as a five-point home underdog.

The Trail Blazers have won seven of their last eight games, while going 8-0 ATS during that span.

They've won five of those seven games by margins of 11+ points, and six of those victories have come by at least 9+ points.

I'll back Portland to keep the momentum going tonight.

Pick: Trail Blazers +5 (-112)
