Trail Blazers vs. Knicks
The Raptors have proven they can beat some bad teams in the past week. And not sure they'll face a worse one the rest of the way than the Sixers.
Philly isn't really Philly anymore, however, with a slew of injuries turning Nick Nurse's available roster into something unrecognizable.
Saturday's limp effort vs. Miami was just the latest in a series of forgettable performances as the Sixers' skid has now reached seven straight. No Maxey, Embiid, or George to save the day either, with recent conquerors including the lowly Pelicans and Wizards.
Consecutive wins over Washington, Brooklyn, and Charlotte have given Toronto some late-season momentum and a sure sign the team isn't running for the bus (like some other stragglers), and everyone seems to be chipping in, with Scottie Barnes, Jakob Poeltl, and Orlando Robinson each leading scorers in recent games. Play Raptors.
Pick: Knicks -8 (-110)
Raptors vs. 76ers
Scottie Barnes has gone Over this number in five straight games. He's also already listed at 12.5 in some books, which is notable given that he's gotten exactly 12 in three of five.
I'd take this Over 11.5, but would stay away from 12.5.
Philly is a favorable matchup though, given that they're bottoming out and won't offer much resistance from defensive standpoint, nor will they be the 2004 Pistons on the glass.
Pick: Scottie Barnes Over 11.5 Rebounds + Assists (-140)
