The Clippers are on the back end of a back-to-back against a Nets team that has clinched a playoff spot.

Brooklyn Nets

The Nets will be without Jamal Crawford moving forward due to a strained left hamstring. The Nets currently have three key players listed as doubtful: Caris LeVert, Joe Harris and Jarrett Allen.

The Nets are 3-2 in the bubble and have been one of the surprising performers of the restart. This is particularly interesting because they have a -7.3 Net Rating, per Cleaning the Glass, and they have the greatest difference in actual vs. expected wins (3 actual, 1.4 expected).

Los Angeles Clippers

It will be interesting to see the lineup the Clippers send out tonight. Kawhi Leonard sat yesterday against the Blazers, and it's unclear if he will sit again. Patrick Beverly is listed as doubtful for this game with a strained left calf.

The Clippers are incredible. Whenever you think they don't have enough or someone sits, they keep putting together strong team performances and keeping games close or winning them outright. Even if Kawhi sits again, they had six players score more than 10 points against the Blazers.

This is a testament to their depth, which will go a long way in the playoffs. This is a tune up for not only their superstars, but their rotational depth as well. The Clips have the best eFG% in the bubble and turn the ball over 11.9% of the time (fourth best). Expect the Clippers to improve on their bubble best +12.2 Net Rating.

Betting Analysis & Pick

Even if Leonard doesn't play, the Clippers are a far superior team to the Nets. We just saw the Nets upset the Bucks as massive underdogs, and I wrote about how it has been profitable to fade double-digit favorites.

However, this season when the Clippers are laying double-digit points they have been profitable against-the-spread (ATS) bets.

Per our Bet Labs software, the Clippers are 39-30 ATS this season and I expect that to continue tonight.

If you're nervous about laying such a big price, then look to some player props. If the trio of LeVert, Harris and Allen sit for the Nets, consider points props for Garrett Temple, Rodions Kurucs  and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot.

The last time the aforementioned trio did not play, Temple, Kurucs and Luwawu-Cabarrot scored 19, 10 and 26, respectively.
