With the NBA Playoffs right around the corner, it's not an ideal time to make wholesale changes. However, that didn't stop the Denver Nuggets from firing head coach Michael Malone on Tuesday.

The Nikola Jokic-led team is fourth in the West, with a 47-32 record, but their run of four straight losses seems to have shaken the higher-ups in the Mile High City. In fact, general manager Calvin Booth was also fired on Tuesday.

So, how have those moves impacted Denver's NBA Finals odds? At BetMGM, the Nuggets are sixth in odds to win the NBA Championship, with +2000 odds.

A week ago, the Nuggets were tied for fourth with +1400 odds.

Jokic's team was highly though of in the pre-season, with -1200 odds to make the playoffs. Now, Denver is +100 to make the Play-In Tournament.
