The Philadelphia 76ers' season is in peril and their best player wasn't present at morning shootaround.
Joel Embiid was a no-show on Tuesday morning at Philadelphia's shootaround. The official word is that he was dealing with a migraine, but he is also listed as questionable for tonight's Game 5 with a knee injury.

Embiid has been diagnosed with Bell's palsy, which is defined as an unexplainable episode of facial weakness or paralysis. Embiid says one of the first symptoms of his Bell's palsy is migraines.
The former NBA MVP has played in all four games in the series and is averaging 35 points per game. He has also played more minutes in each game as the series has progressed. The 76ers find themselves down 3-1 to the Knicks.

The Sixers are 4-point underdogs to the Knicks in Game 5 at Madison Square Garden.
The line tried to move up to 76ers +4.5 after news of Embiid missing shootaround surfaced, but most bettors aren't buying that he won't play as the line moved back to 76ers +4.
76ers forward Kelly Oubre Jr. also missed morning shootaround with an illness. He is listed as probable for Game 5.
