NBA Injury News
6:30 p.m. ET Update: Tyler Herro is available Wednesday, despite general body soreness. Jimmy Butler is out Wednesday due to a tailbone contusion. Cam Reddish out Wednesday due to a sprained left wrist.
Jaylen Brown will play Wednesday as he continues to recover from a strained right hamstring. Anthony Edwards will play through a non-COVID illness. Myles Turner will return to the floor after missing a game with an illness.
The Portland Trail Blazers announced that Damian Lillard will be out at least 10 days due to a lingering abdominal injury.
The Miami Heat have announced that Bam Adebayo will undergo surgery to repair a torn UCL in his right thumb, according to Shams Charania of the Athletic. The Heat have more stars on the mend with Jimmy Butler listed as questionable for Wednesday's game. Butler sat out on Monday with a sore tail bone.
Paul George has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Sacramento Kings due to rest. Kristaps Porzingis has been upgraded and is now probable to start after being listed as questionable earlier in the day with an ankle sprain.
Myles Turner is questionable for the second time this week as he deals with a non-Covid related illness. Turner already missed the Indiana Pacers' game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday.
The Timberwolves have listed Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels and Jaylen Nowell as questionable ahead of their game against the Washington Wizards with flu-like symptoms.
The Boston Celtics have listed Jaylen Brown as questionable as he continues to ramp up his conditioning after missing multiple games with a hamstring injury.
