NBA Injury News

1:30 p.m. ET Update: The Dallas Mavericks have officially ruled out Kristaps Porzingis for Sunday's early tip against the Sacramento Kings.

Kristaps Porzingis is listed as questionable for the Mavericks in their early Sunday matchup with the visiting Sacramento Kings. Porzingis continues to deal with back stiffness that kept him out of the past two Mavericks games.

The Charlotte Hornets expect to have Terry Rozier back in the lineup after he missed four of the Hornets' five games this season with an ankle injury. Rozier played 22 minutes in Charlotte's second contest before missing four straight.

LeBron James is again questionable with ankle soreness, something we could expect to see for the foreseeable future. James returned after a two-game absence and played 37 minutes against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, so it feels likely that he plays after a day of rest and treatment.

On the other side of that matchup, the Houston Rockets have listed Kevin Porter Jr. as questionable with an ankle sprain. Porter Jr. tweaked his ankle after playing just 18 minutes and didn't return. The Rockets have had two days off since, which could bode well for his chances of playing.
