NBA Injury News

3:30 p.m. ET Update: Kyrie Irving has been ruled out Wednesday due to a sore right groin.

1 p.m. ET Update: Christian Wood is expected to return on Wednesday after being sidelined since early February due to a sprained right ankle, according to Tim MacMahon of ESPN. Victor Oladipo has been ruled out Wednesday.

Kemba Walker and Tristan Thompson have officially been ruled out Wednesday against the Cavaliers.

The Toronto Raptors have cleared several players for practice on Tuesday after going through the league's health and safety protocols, most notably Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet. Siakam has been listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Detroit Pistons, but VanVleet is doubtful to suit up.

The Houston Rockets will again have their depth tested Wednesday with Victor Oladipo listed as doubtful on the second-night of a back-to-back after playing 41 minutes. The Rockets had eight players active Tuesday and with John Wall out, they will need either Christian Wood (also listed as doubtful), Danuel House, or Ben McLemore to be cleared for to have enough players on their active roster.

The Boston Celtics will likely be without Kemba Walker on the second night of a back-to-back due to rest and Tristan Thompson who was ruled out Tuesday due to health and safety protocols.
