Tuesday's NBA Injury News
6 p.m. ET Update: The Atlanta Hawks will have three of their key players back in the lineup Tuesday when they face the shorthanded Los Angeles Clippers. Trae Young, Clint Capela and Danilo Gallinari are all active tonight, but the Hawks will be without Cam Reddish due to an Achilles injury.
The Los Angeles Clippers are the latest team to have their starting lineup impacted by the NBA's COVID-19 health and safety protocols. The Clippers will be without Kawhi Leonard and Paul George when they face the Atlanta Hawks because of the health and safety protocols. Patrick Beverley will also sit with a sore right knee.
The Hawks hope to get back two starters — Trae Young (back) and Clint Capela (ankle) — who missed their previous game and are questionable for Tuesday. Danilo Gallinari is also questionable as he continues to deal with an ankle injury that has reduced his playing time in recent games.
Houston Rockets big man Christian Wood is doubtful for tonight's game against the Washington Wizards. Wood was absent for Monday's practice due to personal reasons and is officially doubtful heading into Tuesday's game after missing the previous two games with an ankle sprain.
