NBA Injury News

Jordan Clarkson has officially been ruled out for the fourth game in a row due to an ankle injury.

6:30 p.m. ET Update: The Hawks will be without Trae Young due to a calf injury and Danilo Gallinari due to a sore foot Tuesday.

Terry Rozier has been ruled out after previously being considered doubtful with knee tendinitis.

2:30 p.m. ET Update: Royce O'Neale and Joe Ingles will sit out for the Utah Jazz Tuesday on the second night of a back-to-back.

Karl-Anthony Towns has been ruled out for Tuesday's rescheduled game against the Nets for personal reasons.

12:30 p.m. ET Update: Kyle Lowry will rest against the Atlanta Hawks on the front end of a back-to-back.

PJ Washington went from probable after spraining his ankle in the previous game to out Tuesday. Terry Rozier is doubtful to play Tuesday with left knee tendinitis.

Kyrie Irving and LaMarcus Aldridge will sit out Tuesday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, which had been rescheduled from Monday night.

While there isn't much injury news to watch for Tuesday night, there are a few notable players who are sitting out.

Kawhi Leonard is expected to sit out Tuesday against the Indiana Pacers for the second consecutive game due to a sore right foot. Leonard also sat out on Sunday, but that was for rest. The Indiana Pacers will be without their starting center Myles Turner again Tuesday. Turner was unable to practice Monday after missing the previous three games with a sprained ankle.

Fred VanVleet has also been ruled out Tuesday agains the Atlanta Hawks — it's his sixth straight game missed due to a strained hip. Whenever he is deemed healthy enough to play, he will be forced to serve a one-game suspension for the altercation between the Lakers and Raptors last week.

The Atlanta Hawks are monitoring Trae Young and Danilo Gallinari Tuesday for their game against the Raptors. Young is questionable Tuesday after he missed the previous game with a calf strain and has sat out two of the Hawks' past six games. Gallinari is doubtful after sitting out the last game with a sore right foot.
