NBA Player Props Wednesday
- Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 30.5 Points (-110, DraftKings)
- Tyrese Haliburton Under 32.5 PRA (-115, BetMGM)
- Alperen Sengun Over 37.5 PRA (-110, BetMGM)
Bulls vs Bucks Player Prop Pick
Antetokounmpo still takes the occasional mid-range jumper or 3-pointer, but he's increased his focus on interior scoring. His points in the paint per game has risen in three straight seasons, peaking at 21.1 this season. Antetokounmpo has scored 67.2% of his points from the paint this season, a slight increase from 2023-'24.
Chicago has allowed points in the paint at an alarming rate. The Bulls are on an island by themselves at 58.9 paint points per game. No other team is within four points. Chicago is also 24th in defensive rating and first in Pace.
This is an awesome spot for Antetokounmpo, who's coming off two quieter games after dropping 59 last Wednesday.
Pick: Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 30.5 Points
Pacers vs. Rockets Player Prop Pick
By Allan Lem
For the season, Haliburton is averaging 16.1 points, 3.7 rebounds and 8.5 assists per game — good for 28.3 PRA. Additionally, 32.5 PRA is a number he's surpassed in just four of his 14 games this season.
The matchup against the Rockets is also a tough one as they rank third in defensive efficiency and have allowed the fewest assists per game (21.9), the third-fewest points per game (105.7) and the third-fewest made 3s per game (12.0).
The RotoGrinders projections have Haliburton projected for 29.9 PRA, and that's with Myles Turner (questionable) and Ben Sheppard (questionable) both in projections. If Turner doesn't suit up, the RotoGrinders CourtIQ tool shows that Haliburton has seen a solid decline in his assist rate, which makes sense, as he loses one of his best teammates to pass to.
Overall, I like how Houston's defense sets up against Haliburton, and I'm looking for him to fall below 32.5 PRA.
Pick: Tyrese Haliburton Under 32.5 PRA
Sengun is facing the Pacers defense, which has gotten worked by centers all season.
Last game, they allowed Jakob Poeltl to go for 30 and 15.
Bam Adebayo went for 30-11-7 two games earlier and Karl-Anthony Towns had 30 and nine two games prior.
You get the idea.
Sengun has gone over 37.5 PRA in three of his past six games and has two triple doubles over his past three contests. He should get plenty of opportunities against the Pacers' soft interior.
Pick: Alperen Sengun Over 37.5 PRA
