After going 1-1 on yesterday's prop bets, we are looking for a clean sweep tonight. There are only five NBA games to choose from this evening, but still plenty of spots where we can take advantage.

Continue below for my NBA player props and my NBA picks for Sunday, October 27.

Pelicans vs Trail Blazers Player Props: Hot Start for Yves Missi

Yves Missi Over 4.5 Rebounds (-130)

The New Orleans Pelicans are 2-0 to start the season and 6.5-point road favorites against the Portland Trail Blazers to try to take their record to 3-0. This is a repeat game from two nights ago where the Pelicans came from behind to beat the Trail Blazers by two points. This matchup is projected to be the lowest scoring game on the slate tonight.

The 21st overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, Yves Missi, has made an immediate impact through his first two games. The rookie is averaging 10 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks while playing 22.5 minutes per game. He has made an impact at the rim and in the paint gobbling up rebounds. His rebounds are what I'm targeting in this spot.

Our Prop Model has Missi projected for 6.5 rebounds, which is two rebounds more than his 4.5 player prop. The 6'11" rookie is third on the team in rebound chances with 12 per game and second in contested rebounds at 30.8%.

Not only has Missi gone over this prop line in back-to-back games to start the season, but this is a great matchup for opposing big men. The Trail Blazers ranked 19th in rebounding percentage last season and through two games this season rank 24th at 47.5%. Missi already captured six rebounds in this matchup two games ago and can easily repeat that performance with five or more rebounds tonight.

Zion Williamson missed the Pelicans' first game, but was able to play last game and that did not matter for Missi's output. They are also still missing Trey Murphy III and Dejounte Murray who will be out again tonight. This prop line is simply too low even though we have a small sample size. We can take advantage of Missi's rebound prop.

Pick: Yves Missi Over 4.5 Rebounds (-130, DraftKings)

Clippers vs Warriors Player Props: Fantastic Spot for Ivica Zubac

Ivica Zubac Over 14.5 Points (-105)

Another big man who is in a fantastic spot is Clippers' center Ivica Zubac. The Clippers are desperate for production wherever they can find it. Kawhi Leonard and PJ Tucker remain out and Paul George is now in Philadelphia.

Zubac has taken full advantage of the extra usage rate going around. Through the first two games, Zubac is averaging a career-high 23.9% usage rate and 22.5 points per game. He is shooting 19-for-30 thus far for 63.3% from the field.

Our Prop Model is expecting Zubac to continue to fill up the scoreboard with 18.4 points against the Warriors tonight. With a 14.5 points prop, Zubac is a candidate for a ladder bet. He has surpassed 20+ points in back-to-back games and is +360 on the DraftKings sportsbook to score 20+ points again in this spot. At 25+ points, he is +1500.

The Clippers are nearly double-digit underdogs due to the Warriors winning their first two games by a combined score of 267-190. The first two Clippers games have been played within five points, including a five-point road victory over the Nuggets. They can compete with the Warriors despite how dominant they have looked thus far.

Zubac has scored double-digit points against a small Warriors frontcourt in each of his last six games. Now with a depleted roster, expect Zubac to continue taking his scoring output to another level. This is another line that feels low, even though the spread is nearly double-digit points. I love this at over 14.5 points, and may even consider climbing the ladder.

Pick: Ivica Zubac Over 14.5 Points (-105, DraftKings)
