Last night, the Mavericks clinched a playoff berth with a 130-104 victory over the Hornets. In the process, Luka Doncic secured another triple-double. He'll go for another tonight as the Mavericks visit the Heat.

In the loss, Vasilije Micic racked up only four assists. However, he may double that total tonight when the Hornets take on the Hawks.

Let's take a look at my top two NBA player props and picks for Wednesday's slate in the Association.

Luka Doncic

Over 19.5 Rebounds + Assists

Doncic secured his 21st triple-double of the season with 39 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists last night against the Hornets. He also cleared this line with 22 rebounds and assists combined.

Doncic has now cashed this number in each of his last four games as well as seven of his last 10. Over those 10 games, he's averaging 21.1 rebounds and assists combined while finishing with 19 in another.

Tonight, Doncic is +230 at FanDuel to record another triple-double. He did so in the last meeting against Miami, racking up 35 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists.

This combo implies that he'll post another, particularly if he has exactly 20 rebounds and assists. However, this bet still hits if he doesn't record a triple-double and instead posts a line like 12 rebounds and eight assists.

Both teams played last night and are traveling to Miami tonight. The Heat had a more strenuous game, though, as they needed double-overtime to beat the Hawks. Meanwhile, the Mavericks had a chance to rest their starters.

The Heat can struggle to score at times in general, and if they're a bit tired tonight, that will give Doncic more rebound chances. Last night, Clint Capela, De'Andre Hunter and Dejounte Murray all had 11 rebounds against Miami.

Murray also had a triple-double against the Heat with 13 rebounds and 13 assists, so the matchup sets up well for Doncic.

The last meeting between these teams is the lone game of the last three in which Doncic had over 10 assists. However, he averaged 17 potential assists in those games. With that many chances, Doncic will have an opportunity to hit this line again and secure another triple-double.

Pick: Luka Doncic Over 19.5 Rebounds + Assists (-104)

Vasilije Micic

Over 6.5 Assists

Last night snapped a six-game streak in which Vasilije Micic had at least eight assists. In that span, he averaged 10.1 assists per game and posted three double-digit games.

Tonight, I like him to record at least seven assists considering this matchup.

Atlanta plays at a fast pace and ranks also 25th in assists allowed. Last night, it allowed seven assists to Bam Adebayo and nine to Jimmy Butler. Micic has cleared his assists line in both of his games against Atlanta this season, though those lines were at 4.5 and 5.5, respectively.

However, taking a closer look at those games, Micic had five assists in just 20 minutes in the first meeting. Then he had six assists on 14 potentials in the second.

That number is more in line with his streak, as he averaged 15.6 potential assists during that span. He's also averaging 32 minutes over his last 10 games.

If Micic plays 30 minutes again tonight, he should have double-digit potential assists, which would help his chances of converting at least seven of those. He's also +480 to record 10-plus assists tonight at FanDuel.

Pick: Vasilije Micic Over 6.5 Assists (-122)
