NBA Player Props & Picks

Domantas Sabonis, Over 5.5 Assists (-115)

SpreadWarriors -7.5

Warriors vs. Kings has been arguably the most exciting first-round series, especially if you enjoy watching teams fill up the scoreboard. Sacramento is a 7.5-point underdog, but a win would give it a commanding 3-1 series lead.

The best value prop in our NBA model is over 5.5 assists for Sabonis, who's projected for 7.5 assists. He has struggled to register assists in this series, but there is so much opportunity when this total is sitting at a slate-high 237 points. Expect another track meet between these two fast-paced teams.

Through the first three games of this series, the Warriors are allowing 20.3 assists per game, which is the second lowest among the playoff teams. Regression is coming as the Warriors allowed 25.7 per game during the regular season.

Sabonis had a career-high 7.3 assists per game this season and this prop line feels a little too low, despite his performance in the series and Draymond Green's return.

Anthony Edwards, Over 27.5 Points (-113)

SpreadNuggets -3.5
Time | TV9:30 p.m. ET | TNT
Best LineFanDuel

Looking to avoid elimination, the Timberwolves have underwhelmed in the playoffs, yet again. After an abysmal Game 1, Anthony Edwards has bounced back by averaging 38.5 points per game in his last two games while shooting 53.3% from the field and 42.9% from behind the arc.

Even when his shot isn't falling from the perimeter, Edwards has gotten into the paint at will. The Nuggets were 21st in points per game allowed in the paint this season since Nikola Jokic looks like a stick figure trying to draw a charge.

Edwards played 42 and 44 minutes in the last two games, so we can expect a similar number with Minnesota's season on the line.

The Timberwolves are 3.5-point home underdogs as they have look outmatched against the Nuggets. However, this is a coming out party for Edwards who has a 31+% usage rate in each game of the series. Edwards will have a great chance to score more than 28 points, and I also love his alternate prop of 30+ points (+130) on DraftKings.

Pick: Anthony Edwards Over 27.5 Points (-113)
