The Detroit Pistons and the Houston Rockets meet in Toyota Center, with both teams in last place in their respected conference, expected to play a meaningless but close basketball game.

At this point of the season, the Rockets' goals are leaning more on developing younger talent than winning games, so I see value in taking Houston's Kevin Porter Jr points + rebounds + assists (PRA) props tonight.

In the Rockets' five-game road trip, Porter averaged 19.4 points, 6.2 assists, 5.6 rebounds (31.1 PRA), achieving his prop in three of the five games against rigid defensive units, including the Grizzlies, Cavalries, Knicks, and Nets.

The backcourt duo of him and Jalen Green are the team's primary form of attack, and they continue to play big meaningful minutes despite being eliminated from playoff contention. Porter averages 33.8 PRA when they play together, going over 31 PRA in nine of their last 13 games, seeing at least 34 minutes.

Porter Jr's should see a favorable matchup tonight against a Pistons unit with a 27th-ranked defensive rating (118.1) playing in away games this season. Additionally, the Pistons are in the top eight in allowing rebounds and assists (16.4) to opposing point guards in their last 15 games.

Eight of the last ten opposing guards have gone over their PRA prop against the Pistons, including big games from Jalen Williams (41 PRA), Trae Young (45 PRA), Jamal Murray (35 PRA), and Bradley Beal (49 PRA).

I have the Trojans product projected for 33 PRA tonight and love his chances of covering his prop line tonight. I'd play this line up to -130.

Pick: Kevin Porter Jr. Over 31.5 PRA (-105)
