Jimmy Butler, Under 1.5 3-Pointers Made (-130)

SpreadKnicks -4.5

Taking an under on Jimmy Butler right now is about as scary as it gets after his first-round performance. Butler averaged 37.6 points per game while shooting 59.7% from the field and 44.4% from behind the arc. The Bucks never adjusted their drop coverage, which let Butler get any shot that he wanted. Of course after he got cooking scoring the ball, Butler attempted more perimeter shots and ended up making 12 total 3-pointers in the Heat's 4-1 series victory.

In his four games against the Knicks dominant defense, Butler averaged only 0.8 3-pointers made per game, and in two of those four games he didn't even attempt a single 3-pointer! The Knicks currently lead all playoff teams with a 101.9 Defensive Rating by allowing just 94.2 points per game. Butler may still be riding high from that Bucks series, but the Knicks' suffocating defense will be forcing him into tough shots all day. It's a scary bet, but the numbers don't lie.

Our model has this prop as the best on the board as Butler is only projected for 0.6 3-pointers made. Consider this prop even at 0.5 3-pointers made, as he may not even look to shoot from deep. In Game 1 against the Bucks, Butler attempted only one 3-point shot as he tried to get in the scoring groove in the mid-range. Take Butler's 3-pointers made prop to go under today.

Pick: Jimmy Butler Under 1.5 Made 3s

Stephen Curry, Over 5.5 Rebounds (-118)

Game 6 between the Warriors and Kings had a Pace of 108, which was the fastest game of the playoffs thus far. The average Pace in this matchup has been 105 as the Kings are trying to run the veteran Warriors out of the gym. They were successful in Game 6, but the reigning champions have had their fair share of Game 7s. Stephen Curry is averaging 31 points per game in this series, but this bet is targeting his rebounds prop, which is popping in our model.

We have Curry projected to pull down 6.9 rebounds, which is well above his prop line at 5.5. Curry has only had six rebounds twice through the first six games, but he did average a career-high 6.1 rebounds during the regular season. Warriors center Kevon Looney has averaged 17.3 rebounds per game in the last three games, which has hurt Curry's rebounding numbers. However, in Game 7's Curry has averaged six rebounds per game, making this a great over bet.

Given the Pace and so many field goal attempts on both ends of the floor, Curry will have plenty of opportunities to get six or more rebounds in this game. Both teams have averaged over 90 field goal attempts per game while shooting under 45% combined from the field. Take this over at 5.5 rebounds and nothing higher for Curry tonight.

Pick: Stephen Curry Over 5.5 Rebounds
