I'll back off this angle if Memphis loses by a million again and the starters play limited minutes, but it played out exactly as expected in Game 1. This prop has come down a rebound, and I'll gladly buy the dip.

Edey crushed on the glass in Game 1, particularly on offense. He grabbed 9 rebounds on 19 rebound chances, including 4 offensive rebounds. He now has 17 offensive rebounds in the postseason (including the Play-In games). As I mentioned on Saturday, OKC allowed the 8th-most offensive rebounds during the regular season.

The problem, of course, was that the Grizzlies were blown off the floor, so nobody played more than 28.5 minutes. Edey was out there for 2 minutes in the 2nd half, got subbed out when they went down 42 points, and never returned to the game.

Could the Thunder put together another historic blowout in Game 2? Of course. But I'd expect some adjustments from the Grizzlies, and it's not like they can just punt every game when they get down big. They're going to need to play the starters.

If we get even mid-20s minutes from Edey, we should be in a good spot.

I hit the under on the Grizzlies in Game 1, and I don't see any reason not to go right back to the well in Game 2. The Grizzlies were absolutely lifeless, scoring just 80 points in an absolute beatdown by OKC.

I'm basically just echoing what I said prior to Game 1 here, but the same thing applies ahead of Game 2.

These teams played 4 times in the regular season, and the Grizzlies were only able to go over this number once, scoring 112 points in Memphis on February 8th.

The Thunder had the best defense in the NBA in the regular season by quite a wide margin, and they are at full strength with plenty of rest for their core players heading into these playoffs.

The Thunder have waves of perimeter defenders to throw at Ja Morant and Desmond Bane, and we know that the pace of games typically slows down in the playoffs, with fewer transition opportunities, which is where the Grizzlies really thrive on offense.

Pick: Memphis Grizzlies Under 107.5 Team Total (-115)
