Another night of uninspiring NBA matchups has the most heavily bet basketball games coming by way of the college slate (stay patient, NBA fans … tomorrow is Celtics-Bucks).

But even if they aren't drawing a huge crowd, a few games on tonight's NBA slate are definitely drawing a sharp one.

Let's break down how the pros are betting Nets-Sixers, Raptors-Thunder and Hornets-Nuggets.

Nets vs. 76ers

Generally speaking, the plays that end up on these sharp betting reports have a tendency of being of the unpopular variety. Especially in more heavily-bet games, it's common for the sharp side to be the one getting the minority of bets.

That's not the case with this total.

As is usually the case, the majority of bets have landed on the over, and according to our money percentages, they've been bigger bets than those hitting the under. The 61% of over bets have generated 69% of money wagered on the total, which is important seeing as how sharps are more likely the ones to be betting larger amounts.

The real giveaway here, though, is in the line movement. After opening at 218, this number is up to 223, and a 5-point move is very unlikely to come simply as a result of public action.

Three Sports Insights Bet Signals — indicators of sharp action based on specific market activity — have hit the over, confirming that pros are behind the move.

Raptors vs. Thunder

8 p.m. ET

Of the 10 games on tonight's slate, this one looks to be causing the most trouble for the betting public. Tickets are split almost right down the middle, with the Raptors now holding just a slight edge at 51%.

Sharps, however, are a bit more sure of their pick.

With even betting percentages, it's pretty easy to tell which side sharps are on — assuming the line moves. And in this case, it has.

The Raptors have fallen from +2 to +1 across most of the market, and once again the bet-vs.-money discrepancy has been consistent with the movement. The 51% of bettors behind Toronto have generated 58% of actual dollars.

And with three SI Bet Signals hitting the Raps (it's worth noting they all came at +2), it's safe to say they've been the recipients of this game's smart money.

Hornets vs. Nuggets

9 p.m. ET

The discrepancy between bets and money does most of the talking in this matchup, as sharps have looked to the total for their final significant play of the night.

At the time of writing, only 30% of bettors are taking the under on a total that opened at 210.5 — already the lowest mark on the board. According to big bettors, though, it wasn't low enough, as under backers have accounted for 67% of actual money hitting the total.

With three more Bet Signals to confirm the sharp action, oddsmakers have lowered their number to a consensus 207.5.
