Indiana Pacers vs Milwaukee Bucks Preview for NBA Playoffs Game 4
The biggest adjustment coming is the Pacers’ defense. Milwaukee shot like hot garbage in the first matchup of this series, and then managed to stabilize and posted good offensive ratings in Games 2 and 3. But after Game 2, it didn’t cost the Pacers, so they didn’t make major adjustments.
Now, Rick Carlisle will likely make the adjustments he needs to defensively. But also, the Pacers are unlikely to get the same kind of role player shooting they received on the road in Game 2.
So I like the Under in Game 4 tonight. This line opened at 227, and has seen some movement towards the Under in the market.
I lean toward the Bucks pretty heavily, but then again, I was on Milwaukee before the series began, so that might be confirmation bias.
I project this line at Bucks -3.8, so I see somewhere around a half-point of value on Indiana, not enough to get me in on the side.
