Oklahoma City Thunder vs Memphis Grizzlies Game 3 Preview

We are going back to the well (twice) for best bets in this game. I'm generally not interested in the spread, moneyline, or total for this series, but there are undoubtedly some props worth leaning on.

For one, I'm going back to Jalen Williams over 9.5 rebounds + assists.

Williams has exceeded this in six of seven games against the Grizzlies. Over that run, he has fallen below five assists just once (finishing with exactly four), and has gotten five or more boards every single time.

Williams has gotten 11 rebounds + assists in each of the first two games in this series, and there's no real reason to run away from this, given the success he's seeing, thanks to Memphis' lackluster defense, along with the pace of this series.

Additionally, I like Isaiah Joe over 1.5 three-pointers made. Last game, he went 1-for-5. Good process, poor result. If the Thunder unloaded its bench late, there's a shot he would have cleared this number down the stretch.

In Game 1, Joe went 2-for-5 from deep. Notably, he logged 20 minutes in that game, and just 16 last time in a closer game.

If he gets this in Game 3 — and he'll have the opportunities generated for him, for sure, then I'll keep playing it. If he stumbles again, and it's on less volume, I might look away next game. Otherwise, let's hope he gets five or more attempts again.
