Thunder vs. Jazz Preview

The Thunder have nothing to play for, but that hasn’t stopped them before. Oklahoma City is a machine, and it is rigorous. The Thunder just rested all five of their starters and blew out the Blazers, who are a better team than Utah.

Home underdogs in Game 81 of the season since 2014-15 are 14-24 ATS (37%). Just ignore the fact that I’m also betting the Pelicans against Miami in this exact same spot.

The Jazz are horrendous and have fully committed to the tank. They don’t have promising young guys making late-season pushes outside of Isaiah Collier.

The Thunder, meanwhile, basically create players in a lab to go out and get 14 and 4 while playing great defense in this spot.

I genuinely believe a Mark Daigneault B-team and borderline C-team can beat Utah by double digits. I’m laying the points.
