The Oklahoma City Thunder (11-3) and San Antonio Spurs (6-8) will meet in the NBA tonight. Tipoff is set for 9:30 p.m. ET from the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio. The game will be broadcast live on TNT.

The Thunder are 9.5-point favorites over the Spurs on the spread (Thunder -9.5), with the over/under set at 222.5 points. Oklahoma City is a -450 favorite to win outright, while San Antonio is +340 to pull off the upset.

Let's get into my Spurs vs Thunder predictions and NBA picks for Tuesday, November 19.

Thunder vs. Spurs Picks, Prediction

Spread

The line here is -9.5, and that's with both ends of the famed Victor Wembanyama vs. Chet Holmgren rivalry out of this one. Wemby is doubtful and likely to miss, although Joel Embiid was doubtful last night and played, albeit not well. It feels like -9.5 could be a play without Wemby, given that the Spurs are 3-9 in games he has missed since selecting him No. 1 overall last year, including five double-digit losses.

Moneyline

Spurs or nothing here, given how highly the Thunder are favored.

Over/Under

Both the Spurs and Thunder have played to seven overs and seven unders each. Not interested in a side here.

My Pick: Lean Thunder -9.5

Thunder vs. Spurs Preview

I like a prop bet in this game: Jalen Williams over points and rebounds. I played this on DraftKings at over 28.5.

Without Wemby — perhaps even with — there's run-way for Williams to clear this. He has eclipsed 28.5 points and rebounds in three of four games without Holmgren and could fly over this number without battling Wemby. He's averaging 25.0 points and 6.8 boards without Chet this year.

Thunder vs. Spurs Prediction

If you want a parlay to consider, I like Williams over 28.5 points and rebounds, and I've also tailed Joe Dellera in the Action Network App, who is playing Chris Paul over 16.5 assists, which you can read about in today's Best Bets file. Parlaying those two overs gets you to +230 on DraftKings.

Best Bet: Jalen Williams over 28.5 points + rebounds

Same Game Parlay: Williams over 28.5 PR + Chris Paul over 16.5 points + assists (+230)
