Kentucky is back after finishing with a losing record and missing the NCAA Tournament last season.
The Wildcats haven't been in a March Madness since the 2018-19 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
And despite not winning the SEC, they're the favorites to walk out with a tournament win come Sunday.
The advanced metrics align with that. UK is No. 3 in the country, according to KenPom, behind only Gonzaga and Arizona.
The Wildcats are +200 to win three straight games in this tournament.
SEC regular season champion Auburn is not far behind at +270. The Tigers also not far behind in KenPom's rankings at No. 7 overall.
In fact, Tennessee (+370), LSU (+1100), Arkansas (+700) and Alabama (+1600) are all in the top 25, according to that metric. Those four teams comprise the next favorites to win the SEC Tournament.
This tourney tips off on Wednesday with Missouri vs. Ole Miss.
