Two extremely volatile SEC teams meet up for their final regular season contest of 2024. This is the Hogs and Tide's first meeting this season, which is a shame because these two offenses are extremely fun. Just a few days ago, the Crimson Tide were at the top of the SEC food chain and had hopes of a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament.
Two straight losses knocked them out of the SEC regular season title picture and a chance at that top seed.
The Crimson Tide have one of the highest ceilings in the nation, with a fast-paced style of play and deadly 3-point shooting. This is their downfall, as well. Any team that shoots 30 or more 3s per game is due to have some off nights.
Those nights produce a remarkably low floor, as it could lose to any team in the conference.
This time around, the Tide should get what they want against a poor Arkansas defense.
