Wednesday's college basketball slate brings us plenty of intriguing games, so I've hand-picked a few for a two-leg alternate spread parlay.
First, I'm looking at the Big East, as Rick Pitino and the St. John's Red Storm travel to Philadelphia to take on Eric Dixon and the Villanova Wildcats.
Then, I'll check out the SEC, where the Ole Miss Rebels head to Columbia to face the South Carolina Gamecocks.
With the matchups set, let's dive into my college basketball parlay and NCAAB picks for Wednesday, Feb. 12.
College Basketball Picks, Parlay
- Villanova Alt. Spread +7.5
- South Carolina Alt. Spread +8.5
Parlay Odds: +105 via FanDuel
Remember that some parlays are long shots for a reason, so please bet responsibly.

Villanova Alt. Spread +7.5
The St. John's Red Storm and the Villanova Wildcats will renew an old-school Big East rivalry tonight.
This rivalry dates back to Dec. 20, 1910. St. Johns won that first matchup, 38-9, and I assume the under cashed that day.
Since then, the overall series has been dead even at 66-66.
The Johnnies have had the Wildcats' number in recent matchups, winning three straight games. Before St. John's three-game winning streak, Villanova had won six consecutive games.
However, Rick Pitino has brought back a winning culture to Queens. Pitino has led this St. Johns team to a 21-3 record and a ranking of ninth in the AP Poll.
Undoubtedly, the Johnnies will snap their March Madness drought this season. The only question will be how high they will be seeded.
St. Johns has posted a 12-1 conference record, which leads the Big East. The Johnnies have won 10 straight games and haven't lost a game since the calendar flipped to 2025.
RJ Luis Jr. leads the team with 17.6 points per game.
Villanova, meanwhile, begins this game with a 14-10 record. The Wildcats are 7-6 in the Big East and desperately need a win tonight.
Nova has won back-to-back games, including an 80-68 win over Xavier on Sunday. A victory tonight would give the Wildcats their most significant win of the season.
Senior Eric Dixon leads the Wildcats with 23.8 points per game — a number that also leads the nation.
I think Nova will win this game outright, but we'll take an alternate spread for the two-team parlay.
The Wildcats are playing their best basketball right now and know they need this game at home tonight. The 'Cats are 11-3 playing on their home floor this season.

South Carolina Alt. Spread +8.5
Ole Miss begins the contest ranked 19th with a record of 18-6.
With a record like that, head coach Chris Beard will likely lead this Rebels team to their first March Madness appearance since 2019.
Ole Miss is 7-4 in the SEC, which is an impressive record in what has been the nation's toughest conference. The Rebels have won back-to-back games over Kentucky and LSU.
Virginia Tech transfer Sean Pedulla leads the team with 15.0 points per game.
On the other side, South Carolina begins the matchup with a record of 10-13. The Gamecocks have struggled in the SEC with a record of 0-10.
However, five of those 10 losses have come by single digits, so it's not like SC has been in way over its head. Tonight would be a huge win for this program, which is playing for pride at this point in the season.
Sophomore Collin Murray-Boyles leads the Gamecocks with 15.4 points per game.
The Gamecocks have played most of their SEC games competitively, so South Carolina will fight and give Ole Miss everything it can handle on the road tonight.
Plus, Ole Miss is 1-4 against the spread in its last five games, while South Carolina is 9-6 ATS at home this season.
