  • Final Four odds have been released for the 2019 NCAA Tournament.
  • Below are each team's odds to make the Final Four.

The 2019 NCAA Tournament reveal, the tournament betting market is taking shape as games approach. Opening round lines are out, National Championship futures have been updated, and now odds to win each region have been released.

At the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas, all four 1-seeds are favored to win their respective regions, which is to be expected. Below are their odds, as well as the regional odds for every team in the Big Dance.

For fractional odds, multiply the fraction by the risk amount to reveal the payout. i.e. $50 on Duke at 5/8 would return 50 * (5/8) = $31.25.

Odds to Win the East Region

  • Duke: 4/7
  • Michigan State: 3/1
  • Virginia Tech: 7/1
  • LSU: 15/1
  • Louisville: 18/1
  • Mississippi State, Belmont: 25/1
  • Maryland: 30/1
  • VCU, Central Florida, Minnesota: 100/1
  • Liberty, Saint Louis: 200/1
  • Yale: 300/1
  • Bradley: 500/1
  • North Dakota State: 1000/1
  • NC Central: 2000/1

Seedings are a decent indication of how teams' regional odds will be ordered, at least for the at-large bids. In almost every case, though, partly because of projected paths to the Final Four, the odds end up slightly out of order.

In the East, Virginia Tech's odds rank third despite the Hokies being a 4-seed, while No. 7 Louisville comes in fifth at 18/1. Also worth noting is that Duke is the only team in the tournament listed at minus-money to win its region.

Odds to Win NCAA Tournament South Region

  • Virginia: 6/5
  • Tennessee: 11/4
  • Purdue: 7/2
  • Villanova, Cincinnati, Kansas State: 18/1
  • Wisconsin, Oregon: 25/1
  • Ole Miss, St. Mary's: 60/1
  • Oklahoma, Iowa: 100/1
  • UC Irvine, Old Dominion: 200/1
  • Colgate, Gardner-Webb: 2000/1

Villanova and Cincinnati are perhaps the most eye-catching of the teams on this list. The 6- and 7-seeds, respectively, rank fourth in regional odds.

No. 5 Wisconsin and No. 12 Oregon, who will meet in the first round, are both listed seventh at 25/1 to make the Final Four.

Odds to Win NCAA Tournament Midwest Region

  • North Carolina: 8/5
  • Kentucky: 11/4
  • Houston: 5/1
  • Auburn, Iowa State: 8/1
  • Kansas: 10/1
  • Wofford: 20/1
  • Utah State: 35/1
  • New Mexico State: 60/1
  • Washington, Ohio State, Seton Hall: 100/1
  • Northeastern: 200/1
  • Georgia State: 300/1
  • Albilene Christian, Iona: 2000/1

The Midwest looks to be wide-open according to oddsmakers, featuring six teams at odds of 10/1 or shorter. Both Auburn and Iowa State (No. 5 and No. 6, respectively) land ahead of No. 4 Kansas.

Odds to Win the West Region

  • Gonzaga: Even
  • Michigan: 7/2
  • Texas Tech: 9/2
  • Florida State: 7/1
  • Buffalo: 18/1
  • Marquette: 20/1
  • Nevada: 25/1
  • Syracuse: 30/1
  • Florida: 60/1
  • Baylor, Murray State: 100/1
  • Arizona State, St. John's, Vermont: 200/1
  • Northern Kentucky: 500/1
  • Montana: 1000/1
  • Fairleigh Dickinson: 2000/1

The odds to win the West are fairly close to what the committee's seedings would suggest. The only out-of-order teams in the top eight seeds are No. 5 Buffalo and No. 6 Marquette, and even they are nearly tied for the fifth spot.

At 60/1, Florida is the most likely 10-seed to win its region.
