The Alabama Crimson Tide have the best odds in South Region to make the Final Four after a 29-5 season. The Tide won the SEC Championship and did not lose a single home game during their entire season.

Nate Oats and company are the +190 favorite to make it out of the South Region and earn a trip to Houston for the Final Four.

Arizona and Alabama appear to be the two most popular picks to make it out of the region. Arizona, the No. 2 seed, finds itself at +360 to make it to the Final Four.

After Alabama and Arizona, there's a bit of a drop-off to No. 3 seed Baylor, which sits at +550 to win the region.

Then it's actually the No. 6 seed that has the fourth-highest odds to win the region, as Creighton comes in at +800.

Following Creighton is No. 4 seed Virginia at +1200 and then No. 5 seed San Diego State at +1500.

Virginia and San Diego State have higher odds to make the Sweet 16 than Creighton but Creighton's path to the Elite Eight and Final Four appears to be easier.

The South Region appears to be Alabama and Arizona and then everyone else. But the NCAA Tournament is always full of surprises.
