For North Carolina State, the slipper is still on tight. The Cinderella of the 2024 NCAA Tournament pulled off another upset during March Madness when it knocked off No. 2 seed Marquette in the Sweet 16.

The Wolfpack closed as 7.5-point underdogs and were as big as +260 'dogs on the moneyline, but keep on dancing into the Elite Eight and will face either Duke or Houston in the next round.

N.C. State's run is becoming the stuff of legend. The Wolfpack have put together an impressive eight-game stretch since the start off the ACC Tournament. They joined 2011 Connecticut in winning a conference tournament with five wins in five days and are halfway to that team's win total in the NCAA Tournament as UConn won it all that season.

Six of N.C. State's eight wins during this streak have come as moneyline underdogs and a $100 bettor would be up $1,594 betting on the Wolfpack them to win every one of those games.

On March 11, just before their conference tournament started, the Wolfpack were 1000-1 to win the NCAA Tournament, and they entered the tournament with 200-1 odds to win it all. Now? The Wolfpack are 40-1 to win it all, the longest odds on the board. We'll see if they keep defying those odds.
