The Western Athletic Conference Tournament tips off on Wednesday and the Grand Canyon Antelopes are the heavy favorites at -150.
GSU won the WAC regular season outright for the first time in school history, going 17-3 in conference play and 27-4 overall. The surging Antelopes have won 10 of their past 12 games, including their past three by more than 20 points. They also had a 79-73 victory over the 25th-ranked San Diego State Aztecs on Dec. 5
Tarleton State has the second-best odds at +380. The Texans beat GSU just over two weeks ago in a 77-74 win behind a 24-point effort by senior forward Jakorie Smith.
