Iowa finds itself hosting a second-round matchup at home in the Women's NCAA Tournament for the second straight year. Standing in the Hawkeyes' path to the Sweet 16 is the Georgia Bulldogs, who upset the Florida State Seminoles in the first round.

Here's a preview for Georgia vs. Iowa, which includes a prediction and betting pick.

Georgia Bulldogs

The Bulldogs led the entire second half against an injured Florida State team to advance to the second round. While defense is the identity of Georgia, the Bulldogs had 17 turnovers and really couldn’t get their offense going against a below-average defense.

Iowa Hawkeyes

Iowa was the only team to cover a spread larger than 28 on the first day of the tournament. Caitlin Clark and the Hawkeyes dominated from start to finish as they cruised on through to a 95-43 victory over the Southeastern Louisiana Lions.

Georgia vs. Iowa Betting Pick

Iowa is going to get its points at home, and we expect them to put up at least 80. The Bulldogs have scored over 70 only once in the last five games. There’s just not enough offensive weapons to keep up with Iowa’s speed and scoring output.

Losing at home in the second round to Creighton last year is still a fresh memory for Iowa, and that should give them added motivation to put this game away early.

Our HerHoopStats.com model predicts a 81-68 win for the Hawkeyes, but I think the Clark-led Hawkeyes win comfortably by 14.

Pick: Iowa -10 (-110; playable to -13.5).
