The Sunday NFL Week 13 slate concludes with our 49ers vs Bills predictions and Sunday Night Football best bets. SNF is scheduled to kick off at 8:20 p.m. ET at Highmark Stadium; the game will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock.
The 49ers are in the midst of a down season that's mainly been caused by a bevy of injuries to key players like Brock Purdy, Deebo Samuel, Nick Bosa and others. Still, they remain in the hunt in the NFC West. As for the Bills, they've won six straight games and defeated the Chiefs before their bye week. Buffalo can clinch the AFC East with a victory on SNF.

49ers vs Bills Spread Prediction
Oddsmakers are taking advantage of the perception that the 49ers are still a strong team based on their name brand.
Even if the weather is poor and potentially limits both offenses, the Bills will be the team well-equipped to deal with the conditions.
It is no certainty Brock Purdy plays on Sunday night, and if he is ruled out, I expect this line to move toward -10.
Regardless, it has been proven time and time again that Kyle Shanahan's offensive system can't thrive without his full slate of weaponry. The 49ers generated just 11 first downs in Green Bay last week, their lowest output for the 49ers with Shanahan.
Without Trent Williams, the 49ers offense struggles to push the ball down the field. When Purdy played in Week 11, he averaged just 5.5 air yards per attempt.
The Bills will undoubtedly bring an extra man to defend the run on early downs and challenge the Niners to convert on third down, something they failed to do a week ago when they managed three first downs on 10 third-down plays.
The 49ers will be without Nick Bosa, which is obviously a critical loss, as their defensive pressure rate drops more than 10% without him.
Furthermore, opposing passers complete 74% of their passes when Bosa is off the field compared to just 60% when he is on the field.
Josh Allen and the Bills should have a fun time on Sunday night in a snowy Highmark Stadium en route to another blowout victory.
Pick: Bills -6.5 (-115); Bet to Bills -7
49ers vs Bills Over/Under Pick
By Billy Ward
By Week 13 almost every NFL team is dealing with significant injuries. That’s just part of the game.
The 49ers are an extreme example though, especially on defense. Heading into Sunday Night Football they’re missing at least four defensive starters, including Nick Bosa and Dre Greeenlaw, with three more players officially questionable.
That’s not ideal against a Buffalo team that has scored at least 30 points in their last five games, a stretch that included top-ten defenses in the Chiefs and Titans. The Bills are also coming off their bye, which means an extended period to game plan for the 49ers ahead of this matchup.
On the 49ers side, they’ll be missing some offensive players as well but should have quarterback Brock Purdy. While it’s not ideal that their offensive line is banged up, they have enough talent to put up points as long as Purdy is back in action.
All of which means we should see some scoring. The total has been pushed down due to concerns about the weather, but per our friends at RotoGrinders, by game time the conditions shouldn’t be too bad, so I’ll take the over 44.5 at -110.
Pick: Over 44.5 (-110)
Christian McCaffrey Player Prop
I get that Christian McCaffrey hasn't looked like himself this year, but last week he was playing without Purdy and several other weapons in a blowout loss.
He should find his form in due time, and in this spot, he's at least in line for plenty of volume.
The matchup against the Bills isn't an easy one, but there is likely going to be some wind and some snow in this spot, meaning the 49ers are likely going to try and attack on the ground.
If we got this McCaffrey line in any other year I would hammer it in an instant; I don't believe too many things have changed to justify this line.
Pick: Christian McCaffrey Over 59.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
