Primetime unders have been electric so far this season — and for the last several seasons.

But will it persist today?

Primetime unders are 16-7 so far this season, good for a nearly 70% win rate. Since 2019, primetime unders are 155-102-3 for a roughly 60% win rate. (A primetime game constitutes any night game, but namely ones that occur on Thursday, Sunday or Monday night. Saturday night primetime games occur late in the regular season and playoffs). Hat tip to my colleague Evan Abrams for this data.

For reference, bettors need to win 52.4% or more in order to be profitable.

For what it's worth, my colleague Sean Koerner — who heads the Action Network's predictive analytics department — is projecting an edge on the over at 43.5 tonight.

But if you're still bullish about unders, perhaps another trend targeting the first half might interest you.

Since 2021, primetime first half unders are 85-61-2, good for an over 58% win rate. That includes a 24-15-1 (61.5%) clip on Thursday Night Football.

The best market price for the under tonight is at 43 with a vig of -110. The best under for the first half is with WynnBet at u21.5 (-110).
